落实基本公共卫生服务均等化策略分析

摘要

分析落实基本公共卫生服务均等化的策略和难点,提出完善各项落实基本公其卫生服务策略的建议,对于保障人民群众享有安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务具有重要意义.通过分析公共卫生服务筹资策略、公共卫生组织策略、公共卫生服务绩效评估策略和公共卫生服务宣传策略中遇到的问题和难点,提出了更好地落实各项基本公共卫生服务项月的相关建议.基本公共卫生服务均等化是我国深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重要制度安排和新医改5项工作重点之一,分析落实基本公共卫生服务均等化的策略,对于克服各地在落实基本公共卫生服务均等化过程中遇到的基层公共卫生服务提供体系不完善等一系列障碍问题具有重要意义.%This paper analyzes the implementation strategies in equalization of the basic public health service and the current difficulties in China, which has significant benefit to providing the people with secure, efficient, convenient and affordable health care services. The aim of this paper is to analyze the problems and difficulties in the finance strategies, organization strategies, performance evaluation strategies and spreading strategies, which helps to promote the process of equalization of the basic public health services. The equality of essential public health services is an important project of deepening the health care system reform and one of five key reform projects, and analyzing the strategies of the equality of essential public health services in China is very important. Since there are lots of difficulties in promoting the progressive equalization of the basic public health services, such as the basic medical supply system are imperfect. So, it is significant for the paper to study the strategies of the equality of essential public health services in China.
