我国县级公立医院改革目标与路径分析

摘要

The reform of public hospital is the key point of medical and health system reform,of which the first step is reform of county public hospital as grassroot unit and the chief of rural health service system.Nowadays staged achievements were gained at the process of county public hospital reform,however,at the same time,we are faced with many challenges.Basic on the objectives of county public hospital reform,we put for-ward with these suggestions as pathway of reform,such as transforming compensation mechanism and overcorning the shortcomings of drug price ad-dition creating the modern hospital management system like corporate governance,and so on.%公立医院改革是医改的难点，而县级公立医院作为公立医院的基层单位和农村卫生服务体系的龙头，是公立医院改革的突破口。当前县级公立医院改革取得了阶段性成果，但也面临诸多挑战。县级公立医院改革应当以支付方式变革作为支点，改变补偿模式、破除以药养医，同时去除行政化管制、推行法人治理，实现路径与目标的统一。
