我国45家医院医务人员工作满意度状况调查

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate job satisfaction of medical staff and its.precipitating factors.Methods:Self-designed questionnaire, cluster sampling, χ2 test and Spearman Rank Correlation are used to analyze factors influencing job satisfaction of medical staff.Results:Job satis-faction in general among medical staffs is low, while Job satisfaction levels in doctors (16.6%), were significantly lower than those of administer (35.7%).Conclusion:Working environment, the fairness of career development and promotion, right protection positively correlate with job sat-isfaction of the medical staff.We make suggestions on how to improve the job satisfaction of the medical staff.%目的:了解当前我国医务人员工作满意度的基本状况及影响因素。方法:对全国45家医院医务人员采用整群抽样问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0软件,χ2检验、Spearman相关性检验分析影响医务人员工作满意度的相关因素。结果:医务人员总体工作满意度不高,其中医生工作满意度仅为16.6%,管理人员为35.7%。不同性别、年龄、技术职称的医务人员工作满意度差异有统计学意义。结论:医疗执业环境较差、医务人员合法权益不力、医务人员才能发挥受限、职称晋升公平性差是工作满意度偏低的主因。
