医疗资源优化配置的路径选择问题分析

摘要

为探讨我国医疗资源优化配置的路径选择问题，本文采用数据分析法和比较研究法对我国医疗资源配置的现状进行分析，认为我国医疗资源存在着总量不足、利用率低、布局失衡、社会资本难以进入医疗领域等问题。建议医疗资源的优化配置可以选择落实科学的区域卫生规划、改革“管办不分”的医疗体制、加强城市社区和农村卫生服务体系建设、构建联动机制和医疗联合体等路径。%Objective: To explore the path choice of our country medical resource optimization allocation.Methods:Described method and comparative research to the status of medical resource allocation in China is used .Results:There exist many problems such as insufficient total a-mount, low utilization, layout imbalances, the problem of difficult social capital into the medical field our country medical resources.Conclusion:The optimized allocation of medical resources may choose to carry out the scientific regional health planning , reform "tube for both"health care system, to strengthen the construction of urban communities and rural health service system , build the linkage mechanism and path such as medi-cal association.
