西双版纳州边境传染病输入的防控机制研究

摘要

Xishuangbanna is an ethnic autonomous prefecture which is located in southeast of China and bordering with three countries with long border line, and infectious disease importing events has frequently occurred in the jurisdictions.To response the events of infectious import, basing on the emergency plan system.Xishuangbanna has developed series of mechanisms for response which include surveillance and early warn-ing, risk assessment, decision making, emergency response, joint prevention and control, international exchanges and cooperation, and evalua-tion of control measures.We analyzed the emergency response plan system and the related mechanisms.%西双版纳州是我国西南边境的少数民族自治州，边境线长，传染病输入疫情发生频繁。为做好境外输入传染病的防控工作，西双版纳州以预案体系为基础，在实践中逐渐完善监测预警与风险评估、指挥决策与应急响应、联防联控、社会动员、国际交流合作、事后评估等方面的应对机制，取得了较好的防控效果。本文对预案体系及有关的应对机制进行了分析，以指导我国传染病输入事件的防控工作。
