选择性激励视角下乡镇卫生院医务人员集体行动困境的改变路径探究

         

摘要

Since the new medical reform, the service function and service focus of the township hospitals has changed, then the basic medi-cal service has been shrinking and the working enthusiasm of staffs have been dropping.Study on the behavior of medical personnel is the basis for the design of incentive mechanism.In view of the collective action dilemma existing in the current rural medical staff, which turns to be necessa-ry, that in-depth analysis of fatigue and function disorder of universal incentive.The path of selective excitation should be conducted to incentive the medical staff of township hospital to actively participate in collective action, so that the medical staff's working enthusiasm and overall perform-ance of the hospital could be improved.%新医改以来,乡镇卫生院的服务功能和服务重心发生转移,基本医疗服务有所萎缩,医务人员的集体工作积极性下降。医务人员行为研究是设计激励机制的基础,针对当前医务人员存在的集体行动困境,亟需深入分析绩效工资制度下普遍性激励的乏力及作用障碍,通过实施选择性激励的解决路径,激励乡镇卫生院医务人员积极参与到集体行动中去,从而提高医务人员的工作积极性和乡镇卫生院的整体绩效。
