南京市基本医疗保险参保患者满意度评价指标体系的构建

摘要

Objective: To establish an evaluation index system of satisfaction of patients participating basic medical insurance.Methods:With the literature review, brainstorming method, expert consulting and Delphi method, the index system was established, and exploratory factor analysis was used to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results: After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of satisfaction of patients with basic medical insurance was constructed, which contained 4 first-tier indicators and 13 second-tier indicators, and factor analysis showed that this index system had good reliability and validity.Conclusion:The index system is comprehensive, credible, and can offer reasonable references for satisfaction evaluation of patients with basic medical insurance.%目的：探索建立基本医疗保险参保患者满意度评价指标体系。方法：采用文献分析法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法构建满意度评价指标体系，运用探索性因子分析法、克朗巴赫α系数检验量表的信度和效度。结果：经过两轮专家咨询，最终确立的基本医疗保险参保患者满意度评价指标体系包含了医保筹资服务、医保补偿服务等4个一级指标，筹资方式、筹资数量、报销金额等13个二级指标，经检验量表具有较好的信度及效度。结论：该指标体系全面、可信，可以为基本医疗保险参保患者满意度评价提供一定的参考和依据。
