突发公共卫生事件中的健康教育及健康传播探讨

摘要

Based on investigation of the current status of the public health system, the paper analyzed the existing problems and shortcom-ings, such as focusing on disease treatment while neglecting disease prevention, insufficient public health investment and lack of public health e-mergency mechanism.The paper also discussed the positive role of health education and health information communication in dealing with public health emergencies.The paper points out that we should enhance the role of public media in propaganda, apply ads in health education and health information communication and combine the network and medical journal with health educationand health information communication to improve health information communication.%通过梳理我国公共卫生体系建设的现状，指出其存在“重医疗，轻预防”、政府公共卫生投入不足及突发公共卫生事件应急机制不健全等问题，探讨健康教育与健康信息传播在应对突发公共卫生事件中的积极作用，并提出应通过继续改善、加强大众传播媒介的宣传作用，将广告应用到健康教育和健康传播领域，将互联网应用及医学期刊与健康教育和健康传播相结合等方式来改善健康信息传播。
