通过几年的运行和发展,各类网络预约诊疗服务平台相继问世,并呈现出差异化的竞争。通过对3家网络集约式预约诊疗服务平台的预约方式、服务特色、使用情况进行分析和横向比较,发现存在号源分散形成二次分配、运用新媒体能力的差异导致资源分配不公平、服务功能有待拓展和延伸、没有建立用户反馈机制等共性问题,并在监管机制、号源配置、运营管理等方面提出了优化建议。%Through several years development, all kinds of intensive appointment service platforms render on business competition. This pa-per compared the development status of three network intensive appointment service platforms, performed deep analysis on the appointment way, information content and value-added services, and pointed out the source number scattered distribution of formation of the "secondary", unfair-ness in computer operating skills and service functions to be expanded and extended, no user feedback mechanism and some other common prob-lems exist, and proposed optimization suggestions in the regulatory mechanism, no source configuration, and operations management.
