浙江省乐清市某医院院后延续管理对脑卒中患者的干预效果评价

摘要

Objective:To examine the impact of continuing nursing after discharge on the function of motor, activities of daily living and pre-vention of osteoporosis in patients with stroke from the third people's Hospital of Yueqing in Zhejiang Province. Methods:137 stroke patients were divided into 2 groups according to caring after discharge:65 cases control group and 72 cases observation group. The control group accepted rou-tine nurse after discharge and the observation group accepted continuing nursing after discharge. Results:The function of motor, activities of daily living and osteoporosis from discharge to 6 months after discharge had no significant differences in two groups(P>0. 05). Compared with the con-trol group, the function of motor, activities of daily living and osteoporosis had improved significantly in the observation group (P<0. 05). Con-clusion:The continuing nursing after discharge can significantly improve the function of motor, activities of daily living and osteoporosis, which is worthy of wide application.%目的：：考察出院后延续管理对脑卒中患者运动功能、日常生活能力和预防骨质疏松的影响。方法：收集在我院入院确诊的137例脑卒中患者,根据出院时是否进行出院后延续管理随机分为2组,对照组65例和观察组72例。2组患者出院时均接受常规出院指导,观察组在常规基础上接受院外延续护理。结果：自出院至出院后6个月,2组的脑神经、运动、日常生活能力和骨质均无差异(P>0.05),出院后9-12个月,观察组的脑神经、运动、日常生活能力和骨质明显提高(P<0.05)。结论：出院后延续管理可明显改善脑卒中患者运动功能、日常生活能力并预防骨质疏松,延续管理能增进医患互信并调动患者依从性,值得临床推广。
