上海市某社区65岁以上人群代谢综合征现况调查及危险因素分析

摘要

目的：：调查上海市某社区65岁以上人群代谢综合征的患病情况及危险因素。方法：4228例总体组用于患病率调查；对1217例随访人群进行前瞻性分析探讨危险因素。结果：MS患病率为30.13%,峰值年龄为75-79岁；双组分阳性进展MS风险为5.462,其中高血糖合并高血压阳性RR值为7.150(95%CI 3.216-15.893),肥胖合并血脂紊乱组合RR值为7.252(95%CI 3.092-17.009)；进展为MS人群血尿酸值前后对比增长且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：MS患病率和进展率较高,年龄峰值延后；高血糖合并高血压阳性和肥胖合并血脂紊乱人群是重点干预人群；血尿酸值是MS重要危险因素。%Objective:To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of metabolic syndrome( MS) in population over 65 years old. Methods:4228 cases were for investigating the prevalence rate;1217 cases were followed up for a prospective analysis of risk factors. Conclusion: The prevalence and progress rate of MS were high, and the peak age delayed;the population of hyperglycemia combined with hypertension and obesity combined with dyslipidemia were the key intervention groups;UA was an important risk factor for MS.
