石家庄市社区老年人心理健康状况及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective:To discuss the mental health status and related factors of community elderly in Shijiazhuang. Methods:We conducted a survey on 6676 Shijiazhuang community old people who were 60 years old or above using the stratified random sampling method. The survey tools are the general information questionnaire designed by ourselves and Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL-90) . Data were analyzed statistically. Results:The detection rate of mental abnormality of the Shijiazhuang community elderly is 13.03%. The aggregate score and each factor score are signifi￣cantly lower than the national norm. There are significant differences between different genders,different marital statuses and different conditions of illness. Conclusion:The detection rate of mental abnormality of the Shijiazhuang community elderly is lower,and their general level of mental health is higher. We should pay attention to the mental health of the elderly without a spouse and the elderly living alone,increase the prevalence of mental health knowledge of the elderly.%目的：：探讨石家庄市社区老年人的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法：采用分层随机抽样的方法对石家庄市6676名60岁及以上的社区老年人进行调查，调查工具为自制一般情况调查表和症状自评量表，对数据进行统计学分析。结果：石家庄市社区老年人心理异常检出率为13.03％；总分及各因子得分均显著低于国内其他城市；不同性别、婚姻状况、患病情况的老年人得分存在显著差异。结论：石家庄市社区老年人心理异常率较低，总体心理健康水平较高。应关注丧偶、独居老年人的心理健康，加大老年人心理健康知识普及率。
