目的：：了解广州市基层临床医生对国家基本药物制度的评价情况，为广州市进一步实施国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法：采用自制问卷，对广州市35家基层医疗卫生机构335名基层临床医生进行调查。结果：49.3％基层临床医生表示新版目录不能满足基层医疗需要；64.8％认为新版基本药物目录不能有效缓解患者“反流”大医院现象；70.7％认为需要在基药目录中增加药物品种；基层临床医生对制度的实施可以降低患者医疗费用认同度最高；基层临床医生认为基本药物制度实施过程中存在的主要问题是药品种类少、药品采购注重价钱、忽视质量。结论：建议切合临床实际用药需求进一步完善基本药物目录；保障基本药物供给；保障基本药物质量。%Objective:To investigate evaluation of clinicians in primary hospitals on national essential medicine system in order to provide references for the implementation of national essential medicine system in Guangzhou. Methods:335 clinicians in primary hospitals were selected by convenience sampling from 35 primary health institutions in Guangzhou and the survey was conducted by using a self-designed questionnaire. Results:49.3% of clinicians in primary hospitals believed that the new list of essential medicines couldn't meet the needs of the primary health care.64.8% felt that the new list of essential medicines couldn't relieve the phenomenon that patients 'reverse flow' to big hospitals.70.7% felt that it would be necessary to increase the varieties of essential drugs. The clinicians in primary hospitals were highly recognized that the essential medi￣cine system could reduce the patients' medical expenses. Less species of drugs,drug purchase emphasizing price and ignoring the quality were the main reasons of clinicians' dissatisfaction with essential medicine system. Conclusion:It is suggested to further perfect essential medicine directory with the clinical needs,to ensure the supply of essential drugs and improve the quality of essential medicines.
