北京市医养结合定点机构周边社区老年人对医养结合的认可度调查

摘要

Objective:To survey the elderly's recognition degree;demands and suggestions of the integration of pension service and medical service in fixed-point institutionsof medical care aad elderly care surwunding communities in Beijing.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted in 313 elderly people over-60s from the surrounding communities of two institutions.Results:More than half of the elderly did not know the integration of pension service and medical service and hoped the pension costs be below 3,000 yuan.They learned integration of pension service and medical service more through television and thght highly of the costs when they chose an institution.The public or private pension institutions,age,disposable income,health statuls and gender had statistically significant differences with the choice of charging standards(P＜0.05).The different self-care conditions and sex styles both had statistically significant difference with elderly lifestyle(P＜ 0.05).The different chronic conditions,self-care conditions and sex styles had statistical significant difference with the elderly's understanding level of integration of medical service and pension service(P＜0.05).The different disposable income had statistical significant difference with knowing the integration of pension service and medical service or not(P＜0.05).Conclusion:This pension model is widely accepted by the elderly around the fixed-point institutions of medical care and elderly care in Beijing,but there are some problems that the recognition degree is not high,and the charging standards are dissatisfied.We need to strengthen publicity efforts,set reasonable costs and classify the pension service.%目的:了解北京市医养结合定点机构周边社区老年人对医养结合养老模式的认可程度和需求,并探索促进医养结合养老模式发展的途径.方法:对北京市两家医养结合定点机构周边社区313名60岁以上老年人进行问卷调查.结果:超过半数的老年人不知道医养结合和希望养老费用在3000元以下,了解医养结合最多的途径是电视,在选择养老院时最着重的问题是费用.养老机构公立和私立情况、年龄、可支配收入、健康状况、性别对于可接受收费标准选择的差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05);不同自理情况、性别对养老方式选择的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同慢病情况、自理情况、性别对老年人群了解医养结合相关内容的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同可支配收入对是否知道医养结合的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:北京市医养结合定点机构周边社区老年人对医养结合的养老模式比较认可,但是存在认知度不高、对收费标准不满意等问题,需要加强宣传力度、合理设置费用、细分养老服务.
