急性缺血性脑卒中的影像学应用进展

         

摘要

急性缺血性脑卒中 (AIS) 的早期诊断及治疗一直都是临床关注的核心问题, 近年来, 随着神经影像学技术的不断进步与发展, 更多的影像技术不断应用于AIS的早期诊断与评估.多模态CT成像可在较短的时间内排除出血、确定责任血管的狭窄程度、识别是否存在可挽救组织;经颅多普勒超声检查则能进一步提供脑血管血流速度和持续栓塞的实时评估;而多模式磁共振成像检查则将脑形态学与功能学完美结合, 除能早期确定再灌注患者外, 更在明确脑卒中病因及预测预后方面发挥重要作用.多种影像技术相辅相成, 从而为脑卒中患者的诊断、治疗等提供更多有用信息.%The early diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) has always been the core issue of clinical concern. In recent years, with the continuous advancement and development of neuroimaging technology, more imaging technologies have been applied to the early diagnosis and evaluation of AIS. Multimodal CT imaging can eliminate bleeding in a shorter period of time, determine the degree of stenosis of responsible vessels, and identify the presence of salvageable tissue; transcranial Doppler ultrasonography can further provide real-time assessment of cerebrovascular blood flow velocity and continuous embolization; while multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging is a perfect combination of brain morphology and functional science, which not only can realize early determination of reperfusion patients, but also plays an important role in clarifying the etiology and prognosis. A variety of imaging techniques complement each other to provide more useful information for the diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients.
