脊髓损伤后尿潴留的针灸治疗进展

摘要

Urinary retention is the most common complication of the patients with spinal cord injury. Pathologically according to the different planes of the spinal cord injury,the disease are manifested as detru-sor-urethral sphincter dyssynergia and detrusor-sympathetic nature of urethral sphincterr dyssynergia. Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture,has accumulated a wealth of experience to treat the disease. The researchers found that the use of acupuncture points such as Guanyuan, Baliao, Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Qugu, Zhongji,Jiaji,and Zhibian etc. Achieved good results. It's probably that, directly or indirectly, acupuncture stimulate the micturition center and the tissue surrounding the bladder, and some kinds of neurohumoral regulation. Nevertheless,the specific mechanism remains to be further studied.%脊髓损伤后尿潴留是脊髓损伤患者最常见的并发症.病理上按照脊髓损伤平面不同,分别表现为逼尿肌-尿道括约肌协同失调和逼尿肌-尿道交感神经性括约肌协同失调.中医,特别是针灸对治疗该病积累了丰富的经验,发现采用关元、八髎、阴陵泉、三阴交、曲骨、中极、夹脊穴、秩边等穴位都取得了不错的疗效,研究其原因可能为直接或间接刺激了排尿中枢和膀胱周围组织以及进行了某种神经体液调节,但具体机制尚有待进一步的研究.
