脑电双频指数联合靶控输注在ICU的应用

摘要

多种因素(疾病本身、麻醉、手术、治疗环境、治疗手段等)可导致重症监护病房(ICU)的患者出现不适或躁动,从而影响治疗及恢复.对ICU患者实施有效的镇静成为临床上的热点问题.近年来,脑电双频指数及靶控输注在ICU的临床应用为解决镇静治疗过程中容易出现的镇静水平过深或过浅等问题提供了新的尝试和手段.现综述脑电双频指数及靶控输注在ICU的应用现状及进展.%Many factors( diseases, anesthesia or surgical incisions, environment of intensive care unit,treatment of critically ill patients etc. )can cause the ICU patients experiencing discomfort or restless,thereby affecting the treatment and recovery, Implement effective sedation for ICU patients become clinically hot issue. In recent years, application of bispectral index and target controlled infusion in ICU provides a new attempt and means to solute the problem of excessive sedation or insufficient sedation during the therapy. The research of BIS and TCI in monitor the situation of sedation in ICU were reviewed.
