甲基安非它明定量检测技术应用研究进展

         

摘要

Methamphetamine ( MA ) abuse has become a significant health concern in China and internationally. Quantitative analysis and determination of methamphetamine is becoming an urged to be resolved project in area involving of forensic , sports , clinic. The characteristic and development of gas chromatography ,high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry , capillary electrophoresis, electrode sensor electrochemical techniques have been extensively described. The different detection mechanisms, detection conditions , accuracy and sensitivity in different samples were compared. The electrode sensor electrochemical techniques can be developed to a real time , intelligent , simple , micro-scale technology among these analysis techniques.%近年来,甲基安非它明滥用越来越明显,在法医、竞技体育、临床相关领域,检测人类机体中甲基安非它明的含量成为越来越迫切要解决的问题,相应的定量检测技术也在不断地得到研究和优化.现综述人体甲基安非它明的定量检测技术进展,主要介绍气相色谱、液相色谱与质谱结合技术的发展,同时也介绍了毛细管电泳,电极传感器电化学检测甲基安非它明技术的研究进展.在比较各种检测方法的检测机制基础上,还对其在不同样品中的检测条件、检测的精确性和灵敏度进行详细介绍.在各种检测甲基安非它明的方法中,电极传感器检测方法将会发展为实时、简便、微型化和智能化的定量检测分析技术.
