子宫内膜异位症相关性不孕的发病机制尚不清.目前认为,Th1/Th2反应失衡以及非特异性及特异性免疫异常是重要的免疫学机制之一.现对近年发现的自然杀伤细胞、巨噬细胞、细胞毒性T细胞以及有关T辅助细胞中各种细胞因子(白细胞介素2、4、6、8、10、12,干扰素γ,肿瘤坏死因子α)、白细胞介素1、白细胞介素17等不同种类的免疫因子在子宫内膜异位症相关性不孕免疫调控网络中的异常改变以及它们之间的相互作用进行综述,确定其在疾病发生、发展中的地位,对子宫内膜异位症相关性不孕的临床实践有一定的指导意义.%The pathogenesis of infertility associated to endometriosis is not unclear yet.
