国产封堵器治疗房间隔缺损20例临床分析

摘要

目的观察国产封堵器治疗房间隔缺损(ASD)的疗效.方法应用国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损20例,分析封堵成功率、并发症等资料.结果本组ASD患者封堵均获成功,术后即刻、48 h、1个月、3个月、6个月复查超声心动图无残余分流,无不良并发症.结论应用国产封堵器介入封堵术是治疗ASD高效、安全的方法.%Objective To observe the effects of domestic occluder interventional therapy for atrial septal defect( ASD ). Methods 20 ASD patients treated with domestic occluder were analysed. Analysis of this group of patients included a success rate of transcatheter closure and the incidence of complications. Results Successes were achieved on all the ASD patients. No residual shunts were found at once,48 hours after the procedure and 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months later by echocardiography, no complications were found.Conclusion It is a highly effective and safe method of domestic occluder interventional therapy for ASD.
