单侧睾丸扭转对生育能力的影响

In recent years, studies have shown that unilateral testicular torsion not only hurts the affected testis but may also hurt the contralateral one,and even harm the fertility of the male.Orchiectomy and orchiopexy are common treatments for confirmed testicular torsion ,while so far there is no definite conclusion on the better theraputic effect of the two methods.Monitoring semen parameter, androgenic hormone levels and antisperm antibody is helpful for us to identifv whether the fertility of patients is harmed after operation.Saving the twisted testis requires prompt presentation by the patient, prompt diagnosis and immediate surgery.%单侧睾丸扭转除对患侧睾丸造成损伤外,还可能损伤对侧睾丸,进而对男性生育能力造成影响.睾丸切除术和睾丸复位固定术是确诊睾丸扭转后常用的手术方式,对于其两者的疗效目前尚无定论.术后监测精液质量、雄激素水平、抑制素B和抗精子抗体等有助于了解患者的生育能力是否受到影响.早期诊断并及时行手术探查有利于保留扭转的睾丸.
