氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在根管治疗中的运用

摘要

目的 比较氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂根管内消毒效果.方法 将189例234颗需作根管治疗的患牙,在常规根管预备成形后,平均分为两组,氢氧化钙碘仿治疗组117颗患牙,将氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂导入根管内暂封1周;氢氧化钙对照组117颗患牙,将氢氧化钙糊剂导入根管内暂封1周.全部患者复查,观察根管封药期间不同时间内急性反应的发生情况.结果 治疗组的有效率分别为88.89%、92.31%、97.92%;对照组的有效率分别为74.36%、78.78%、83.39%.两组有效率的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 根管内封氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂能发挥更好的根管消毒作用,减少根管封药后急性反应的发生.%Objective To compare the disinfective effects of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste and calcium hydroxide paste for root canal preparation.Methods Diseased teeth ( n = 234 ) from 189 patients were equally divided into two treatment arms following the routine root canal preparation, namely one-week calcium hydroxide iodoform paste treatment group( n = 117 ) and one-week calcium hydroxide paste treatment group( n = 117 ).All the patients were followed up to observe the occurrences of acute symptoms at various times.Results The effective rates of the treatment group were 88.9％, 92.3％, and 97.9％, respectively.In contrast, those of the control group were 74.4％ , 85.1％ , and 91.9％ , respectively( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide iodoform paste has a better root canal disinfective outcome and less acute symptom following root canal preparation.
