现就β-arrestin在肿瘤的发生和转移过程中所起到的作用及目前的研究状况予以综述.%β-suppression protein ( β-arrestin ) 1 and 2 are a group of soluable proteins mediating receptor desensitization, which regulate receptor-coupled G protein mediated signaling.β-arrestins play an important role in the desensitization, interlocation, resensitization, cell proliferation and gene transcription of Gprotein coupled receptors ( GPCRs ).β-arrestins are implicated in the growth, migration, and metastasis of tumor cells through GPCRs or other signaling. This article reviews the effects of β-arrestins in the occurrences and metastases of tumors.
