复方紫草油的烫伤治疗作用及其机制研究

         

摘要

目的基金项目:黑龙江卫生厅科研课题(2007-0通过复方紫草油对烧烫伤大鼠治疗作用机制的研究,为临床针对性的治疗及护理提供基础资料.方法 将60只SD大鼠随机分为5组,各20只,正常对照组、单纯脱毛组、复方紫草油治疗组、京万红烫伤膏治疗组、自然恢复组.采用酶联免疫法测定血浆中脂质氧化、一氧化氮的含量变化.结果 复方紫草油治疗组、京万红烫伤膏治疗组、自然恢复组脂质氧化含量都明显升高(P<0.05);京万红烫伤膏治疗组、自然恢复组一氧化氮含量在烫伤后2、4 h逐渐增加,8 h达高峰,24 h后降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方紫草油治疗组一氧化氮含量在烫伤前后波动较小;复方紫草油治疗组愈合时间少于京万红烫伤膏治疗组和自然恢复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 紫草油擦剂具有促进组织再生、抗菌消炎、止痛、抑制渗出等功效,能够参与组织的修复,加快组织的再生和愈合速度.%Objective To provide basic data for the clinical targeted therapy and nursing through study on the mechanisms of compound radix arnebiae oil to burn and scald of rats to. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, 12 in each :control group, simple epilation group, compound radix arnebia oil group ,Jingwanhong ointment group, natural recovery group. Enzyme immunoassay method was used for the determination of plasma lipid oxidation and nitric oxide content. Results Lipid oxidation levels of compound radix arnebiae oil group, Jingwanhong ointment group, and natural recovery group were signiii-rngroupincreased gradually 2,4 h after burning,reaching the peak at 8 h,and declined after 24 h,the difference was statistically significant P <0. 05 ); nitric oxide content of the compound radix arnebiae oil group showed smaller fluctuation before and after binning; healing time of the group was shorter than than Jingwan-hong ointment group and natural recovery group, with statistically significant difference^ P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Radix arnebiae oil liniment has the effect of promoting tissue regeneration, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, analgesic, inhibition of the exudate etc. ,which can participate in tissue repair, and accelerate tissue regeneration and healing.
