创伤性脑损伤后胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘要

Traumatic brain injury ran lead to a series of metabolie disturbances, and insulin resistance ( IR )is an obvious one,which ran lead to a decrease of body energy supply,sustaining hyperglyremia,affecting the prognosis. By now, the mechanism of IR after traumatic brain injury is not yet clearly understood , and here is to make a review on the recent researches about the mechanism and the influencing factors.%创伤性脑损伤患者常可发生一系列代谢紊乱,其中一个显著的特征是胰岛素抵抗(IR).创伤性脑损伤后发生严重的IR可使机体供能减少,高血糖持续存在,影响颅脑损伤患者的预后.颅脑损伤后IR的发病机制尚未阐明,现对颅脑损伤后IR的发生机制及其影响因素的研究进展进行综述.
