PET/CT在结肠癌诊断中的应用现状

摘要

随着医学影像技术的不断进步,应用正电子发射型计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)显像对结肠癌进行早期诊断及临床分期、预后评估等已经得到了临床认可.目前应用18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)作为PET/CT显像的常规显像剂,由于18F-FDG参与体内葡萄糖代谢,并滞留于体内,所以可以在一定时间内被显像仪检测到,其对肿瘤属于非特异性显像,故新的特异的正电子药物的研发非常必要.同时,18F-FDG PET/CT显像结果受到体位、生理等各种因素的干扰,对结果进行判定时应参考各方面临床资料综合分析.现从显像剂、显像方法、结果判断、临床应用等方面对PET/CT在结肠癌诊断中的应用进行综述.%Along with the improvement of the medical imaging technology, it is ratified for the early di-rncomputed tomography( PET/CT). Now,18F-FDC is in normal use as the agent, which participates glycome-tabolism in vivo, and stagnates, so it can be detected in a longer time. But the 18F-FDC is nonspecific for tumours,it is necessaiy to study new and specific agents. Meanwhile,the results by 18F-FDC PET/CT imaging are interfered by position, physiology and the other factors. Here is to make a review on the application of PET/CT in colon carcinoma from the agents,imaging methods,results decision and clinical application.
