肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤转移和治疗抗性及靶向治疗

摘要

恶性肿瘤是干细胞疾病,肿瘤干细胞在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及放疗化疗抵抗和复发转移中可能起着关键性作用.肿瘤的传统治疗方法(如化疗或放疗)只能杀死已分化成熟的肿瘤细胞,治疗后会复发.而针对肿瘤干细胞和(或)其微环境的靶向治疗有可能会消除肿瘤干细胞和根治癌症.肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗理念,给人类恶性肿瘤的治疗带来了新策略和新希望.%Malignant tumors are stem rails diseases, and tumor stem cells play a pivotal role in the process oi tumorigenesis, development, chemotherapy or radiation resistance, relapse and metastasis. Conventional treatment for cancer such as chemotherapy or radiation can merely kill differentiated and mature tumor cells,tumors will relapse alter therapy. However,the therapy targeted at tumor stem cells and/or their micro-environment may eliminate tumor stem cells and eradicate malignant tumor in the future. The concept oi tumor stem cells targeted therapy provides an emerging strategy and rises new hopes for the treatment oi human malignant tumors.
