Here is to make a review on the research progress of a new generation of anticancer drug oxaliplatin from the perspectives of pharmacokinetics characteristies, mechanism oi action, mechanism oi resistance, adverse reactions and clinical application etc. ,to provide a certain reference for the individualized oxaliplatin dosage;and elaborate the drug resistance mechanism from the perspective oi cell cycles, and make a summary oi the conventional dm g-resistance mechanism theories.
