STAT3与恶性肿瘤耐药的研究进展

         

摘要

Signal transducers and activators oi transcription 3( STAT3 )is a member oi the STAT protein family. Continuously activated STAT3 resulted in significant increases oi its target gene and associated with tumor abnormal proliferation and cellular malignant transformation. STAT3 plays an important role in tumoii-genesis oi various primary cancers. The STAT3 protein,especially the phosphorylation( p-STAT3 )and its tai-get genes are overactivated or overexpressed in dnig resistant cells, indicating that it might strengthen the drug resistance oi tumors.%信号转导与转录激活子3(STAT3)是转录信号转导子与激活子家族的重要成员,它的持续激活可致肿瘤细胞中细胞周期调控因子及抗凋亡蛋白上调,促进肿瘤的异常增殖和恶性转化,在多种癌症的发生、发展中起重要作用.STAT3蛋白,尤其是磷酸化的STAT3与其目的 基因在耐药细胞中异常激活或过度表达,提示其可增强肿瘤的耐药性.
