Signal transducers and activators oi transcription 3( STAT3 )is a member oi the STAT protein family. Continuously activated STAT3 resulted in significant increases oi its target gene and associated with tumor abnormal proliferation and cellular malignant transformation. STAT3 plays an important role in tumoii-genesis oi various primary cancers.
