两种冷冻保护剂对人精子冷冻复苏后活动能力的影响

摘要

Objective To study the influence of two cryoprotective agents TYB and HSPM on recovery activities of frozen sperm. Methods Sperms of 25 healthy men with abstinence for 2-7 days were cryopreserved-with two cryoprotectants, the percentages of forward movement of the sperm after recovery were compared. Results The average of sperm motility rate before freezing( 58.4 ±6. 2 )% ,average motility percentage of TYB and HSPM frozen sperm after recovery was( 45. 2 ± 5. 2 )% and( 42. 5 ± 4. 6 )% respectively, no significant difference between the two groups( P >0.05 ). Conclusion TYB and HSPM have no influence on sperm forward movement after recovery from frozen.%目的 探讨两种不同的精子冷冻保护剂TYB和HSPM对人精子复苏后前向运动百分率(a+b)%的影响.方法 25例禁欲2 ～7 d的健康男性精液同时采用两种冷冻保护剂进行冷冻,比较复苏后精子的前向运动百分率.结果 冷冻前精子的前向运动百分率平均为(58.4±6.2)%,TYB和HSPM冷冻保护后复苏精子的前向运动百分率平均分别为(45.2±5.2)%和(42.5±4.6)%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 TYB和HSPM对冷冻后复苏精子的前向运动无影响.
