颞叶癫痫患者认知功能损害的功能磁共振成像研究进展

摘要

颞叶癫痫(TLE)是临床最常见的难治性癫痫之一,癫痫长期反复发作可对患者认知功能,包括语言、记忆、计算等造成严重损害,加重患者精神心理负担.随着磁共振成像技术的发展,其中功能磁共振成像(fMRI)在癫痫的术前定位、定性诊断、认知功能评估及术后随访等方面发挥越来越重要的作用,fMRI是研究脑功能机制的重要方法.该文就fMRI对TLE认知功能损害的研究进展进行综述.%Temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE ) is the one of the most common intractable epilepsies.Long-term repeated epileptic seizure can cause serious damage on cognitive function including language, memory, calculation,etc., and the psychological burden becomes heavier.Along with the development of the MRI techniques,functional MRI( fMRI )plays a more and more important role in the localization, the qualitative diagnosis, cognitive function evaluation and postoperative follow-up of epilepsy.fMRI is the important method of brain function research.Here is to make a review on the present research progress of the epilepsy cognitive impairment of TLE by fMRI.
