颗粒蛋白前体在免疫、感染与炎症中的研究进展

摘要

PGRN,a multifunctional growth factor,is known to play an important role in the regulation and maintenance of the homeostatic dynamics of normal tissue development,proliferation,regeneration,and the host-defense response. PGRN closely associated with three pathophysiological processes which is infec-tion,immunity,inflammation respectively,and has been heavily influenced on the immune signal transduction pathway,especially on TNF/TNFR. The therapeutic potential of PGRN is expected to treat diseases with an inflammatory etiology in a vast range of medical specialties.%颗粒蛋白前体是一个多功能生长因子，其对调节和维护机体正常组织的发展、增殖、再生及防御稳态发挥重要作用。颗粒蛋白前体与感染、免疫、炎症这三个紧密相关的病理生理过程密切相关。最近，颗粒蛋白前体对免疫信号转导通路，特别是肿瘤坏死因子受体的影响而倍受瞩目。预期颗粒蛋白前体对临床上种类繁多的炎症性疾病具有巨大的治疗潜力。
