膝关节置换术功能评分方法优缺点对比

摘要

Total knee arthroplasty is the most efficient method to treat knee joint pain ,deformity and dys-function.However,how to objectively and effectively evaluate the knee function before and after surgery,so as to evaluate the effect of surgery,and guide postoperative rehabilitation,has always been the focus of attention of the surgeons.Here is to perform a systematic review,and explore the basic requirements and elements of functional scoring system after total knee arthroplasty .And several domestic frequently-used knee functional scoring systems,advantage and disadvantage of these scoring systems during practice,and introduce some most recent knee functional scoring systems will also be reviewed .%膝关节置换术可有效缓解膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节疼痛，矫正畸形，并改善其功能状态。客观有效地评估术前、术后膝关节的功能状态，评价手术效果，指导术后康复锻炼，一直是外科医师关注的焦点。通过查阅国内外相关文献，阐述了膝关节置换术功能评分方法在提出之初所要考虑的基本条件、所要满足的基本要求，对几种目前常用的膝关节功能评分方法的内容、各自的优缺点以及最新的几种功能评分方法进行综述。
