乳腺癌超声影像特征与分子生物学之间的相关性研究进展

摘要

With the further study of molecular biology factors of breast cancer , more and more scholars have found that there is a certain correlation between ultrasonographic morphologic features and molecular biology factors of breast cancer,expression and prognostic of some molecular biological factors can be predic-ted by ultrasonographic signs of breast cancer.At present,estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,vascular endothelial growth factor,tumor suppressor gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen are mostly selected as molecular immunological indexes in the domestic and oversea field.%随着对乳腺癌分子生物学因子的进一步研究，越来越多的学者发现乳腺癌超声形态学表现与分子生物学因子之间存在一定相关性，通过乳腺癌的超声征象可以预测某些分子生物学因子的表达及其预后。目前，国内外选用最多的分子免疫学指标有雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类上皮生长因子受体2、血管内皮生长因子、抑癌基因以及增殖细胞核抗原。
