脂蛋白脂肪酶基因多态性对脑疾病的相关影响

         

摘要

脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)是脂质代谢过程中一种关键酶,在调节体内三酰甘油代谢和血浆脂蛋白水平方面发挥重要作用. LPL免疫反应广泛表达于大脑多个区域,在脑内多种物质的代谢平衡中发挥作用. 目前已报道的LPL基因突变高达110种, LPL基因多态性改变可能影响LPL活性、脂蛋白代谢和其他功能,造成一系列与血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化形成有关的临床症状,对多种脑疾病的发生发展起重要作用.%Lipoprotein lipase(LPL) is a key enzyme in lipid metabolism,which plays an important role in regulating the metabolism of triglyceride(TG) and plasma lipoprotein(LDL, HDL-C, VLPL).LPL gene mutation has been reported as high as 110 and it is one of the most abundant protein gene mutations.LPL immune response is widely expressed in multiple brain regions and works on many kinds of material metabo-lism balance.The changes of gene polymorphism in LPL may affect its activity,lipoprotein metabolism and other related functions,causing a series of clinical symptoms associated with dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis, which is crucial to the occurrence and development of many brain diseases.
