中药治疗慢传输型便秘的实验研究

摘要

Slow transit constipation is a common clinical disease ,the prevalence of which has been grad-ually rising in China,seriously affecting people′s quality of life,but its etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, and there is no systematic curative treatment at home and abroad.The majority of patients with constipation recognized Chinese medicine, because of its definite curative effect.With the development of science and technology,the study on the mechanisms of single drug/its extract/compound prescription on slow transit con-stipation is more mature,which provides an effective theoretical basis for the clinical medication .%慢传输型便秘是一种临床常见疾病，我国慢传输型便秘的患病率呈逐渐上升趋势，严重影响人们的生活质量，但因其病因及病理机制不明确，国内外尚无系统有效的根治方法。中医药治疗慢传输型便秘疗效确切，得到了广大便秘患者的认可，随着科学技术的发展，单味中药或提取物及中药复方干预慢传输型便秘的机制研究更加成熟，为临床用药提供了有效的理论依据。
