组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)是表观遗传的调控子,调控着组蛋白尾,核染色质构象,蛋白-脱氧核酸之间的相互作用,转录及转录后的修饰等.HDAC在心血管疾病的发展中发挥着重要的调控作用,与动脉粥样硬化、心肌重构、高血压、肺动脉高压、心律失常、糖尿病性心肌病、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关.抑制HDAC对心血管的保护发挥着重要作用,可成为心血管疾病的诊断和治疗的新方法,HDAC与HDAC抑制剂已经成为目前心血管疾病领域的研究热点.%Histone deacetylase(HDAC) is an epigenetic regulator,which regulates histone tail,chromatin conformation,interactions between protein and deoxyribonucleic acid,transcriptional and post-transcriptional modification.HDAC play an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,myocardial remodeling,hypertension,pulmonary hypertension,arrhythmia,diabetic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.Inhibition of HDAC expression is cardiovascular protective,and can be a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,the HDAC and HDAC inhibitors have become hot spots of the research field of treating and preventing the cardiovascular diseases.
