连续无创血流动力学监测技术在围术期应用的研究进展

         

摘要

The hemodynamic monitoring has played an important role in perioperative anesthesia management ,that the cardiac preload ,afterload and contractility undergo great changes and interact with each other induced by surgical stress and anesthetic in perioperative period .Adjusting the hemodynamic parameters quickly on the basis of monitoring the hemody -namic change continuously is the best way to maintain the body′s circulation stability ,which not only helps to safeguard the perioperative perfusion of vital organs ,but also have a great significance to improve the safety in perioperative period and the prognosis.In recent years,with the development of continuous non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring technology ,the safety and advantage of the perioperative anesthetic management and accelerated rehabilitation have been fully reflected , and its perioperative application is gradually drawing more attention .%血流动力学监测是围术期麻醉管理的重要组成部分,围术期手术应激及麻醉药物的影响可使患者的心肌负荷及收缩力均发生巨大改变,并且相互影响.维持机体循环稳定需要在连续监测血流动力学变化的基础上迅速调整,这不仅有助于保障机体围术期重要器官的灌注,同时对提高患者围术期安全、改善预后具有重要意义.近年来,随着围术期连续无创血流动力学监测技术的不断发展与创新,围术期患者的麻醉管理和术后加速康复的安全性及优势得到充分体现,在围术期的应用逐渐得到重视.
