针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究进展

摘要

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is more frequently seen in the elderly , often caused by poor posture , fatigue and other reasons .External force induced cervical biomechanical imbalance causes cervical soft tissue degeneration , adhesion,hardening,calcification,and thus compresses cervical nerve roots and cervical blood vessels .The mechanism of needle-scalpel for the treatment of cervical spondylosis is to loosen muscle adhesion ,release nerve compression and stimula-tion,and re-establish cervical spine biomechanics balance .The minimally invasive needle-scalpel therapy has exact effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy ,thus is worthy of the clinical application .%神经根型颈椎病多见于中老年人，常由于不良体位、劳损等所致。外力造成颈椎生物力学平衡失调，使颈椎周围软组织变性、粘连、变硬、钙化，从而压迫颈椎的颈神经根和血管。针刀治疗颈椎病的机制为松解肌粘连，解除对神经的压迫、刺激，重新建立颈椎生物力学平衡。针刀微创疗法在治疗神经根型颈椎病方面效果确切，值得临床推广应用。
