冷冻球囊导管消融治疗心房颤动的研究进展

摘要

心房颤动(AF)在临床上很常见,有较高的致死率及致残率,其引发的一系列症状及其并发症严重影响人们的生活质量及寿命.AF的治疗方法首选节律控制,节律控制又包括药物复律、电复律及导管消融.近年来,冷冻球囊导管消融治疗AF已达到与射频导管消融相同的治疗效果.冷冻球囊导管消融可提高肺静脉隔离成功率、缩短手术时间,并可提供新的消融策略和AF复发预测因素.对冷冻球囊导管消融治疗AF的发展历史、临床疗效、局限性和展望等进行阐述,可为临床实践提供一定的指导作用,安全有效地进行肺静脉隔离,从而促进冷冻球囊导管消融治疗AF的广泛应用.%Atrial fibrillation(AF) is common in clinical with high mortality and disability rate.A series of symptoms and complications caused by AF affect people′s quality of life and life expectancy badly.Rhythmic control is the first choice for the treatment of AF,and the rhythm control includes anti_arrhythmic drugs cardioversion,electric cardioversion and cath_eter ablation.In recent years,cryoballoon catheter ablation has achieved the same desired effect like radiofrequency catheter ablation.Cryoballoon catheter ablation improves the success rate of pulmonary vein isolation,shortens the operation time and provides new ablation strategies and predictors of AF recurrence.Here is to make an elaboration on the development history, clinical efficacy,limitations and prospect of the frozen balloon catheter ablation for the treatment of AF,in order to provide some guidance for the clinical practice,to realize safe and effective pulmonary vein isolation,so as to promote the wide application of frozen balloon catheter ablation for the treatment of AF.
