双腔气囊尿管胸腔闭式引流术与小导管胸腔闭式引流术疗效观察

摘要

目的 对比观察双腔气囊尿管胸腔团式引流术和小导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效及其并发症.方法 对收治的自发性气胸病人83例,随机分为两组,治疗组42例使用双腔气囊尿管行胸腔闭式引流术,对照组41例病人采用小导管胸腔闭式引流术.比较两组的疗效及并发症等.结果 治疗组肺复张时间8小时～22天,平均为3～5天,治愈36例,对照组肺复张时间7小时～21天,平均为3～5天,治愈37例,两组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组皮下气肿和堵管分别为0、1例,对照组皮下气肿和堵管分别为10、12例,两组相比统计学具有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 使用双腔气囊尿管胸腔闭式引流术与小导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗气胸疗效同,还具有操作方法简便、实用,脱管及皮下气肿等并发症少等优点.%Objective To observe the effect of double airbag closed pleural drainage and small catheter closed pleural drainage on spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods 83 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group treated with double airbag closed pleural drainage and control group treated with and small catheter closed pleural drainage.The effect and complications were observed.Results The recover time of treatment group and control group were 8h～22d and 7h～21d(P＞0.05).There were 0 case and 1 case with subcutaneous emphysema and catheter blocking in treatment group and 10 cases and 12 cases in control group(P＜0.05), respectively.Conclusion It is simple and few complications to treat spontaneous pneumothorax with double airbag closed pleural drainage.
