综合治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱功能障碍的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of intermittent catheterization combined with interference with electric therapy, bladder functional treatment and acupuncture in improving the bladder capacity, residual urine volume and uro-dynamics of neurogenic bladder patients after SCL Methods 85 cases were divided into observation group (40 cases, receiving interference with electric therapy, bladder functional treatment, acupuncture and intermittent catheterization), and control group (45 cases, receiving interference with electric therapy, bladder functional treatment and acupuncture). Evaluating the bladder capacity, residua] urine volume and urodynamics after 1 month. Results The bladder capacity, residual urine volume and urodynamics of observation group had improved significantly(P<0. 05)compared with control group. Conclusion Intermittent eatheterization combined with interference with electric therapy, bladder functional treatment and acupuncture can effectively improve the bladder capacity,residual urine volume and urodynamics of neurogenic bladder patients.%目的 观察间歇导尿结合干扰电、膀胱功能训练及针灸等综合治疗对脊髓损伤后( SCI)神经源性膀胱患者膀胱容量、残余尿量及尿动力学结果的影响.方法 选取省人民医院康复中心脊髓损伤后排尿障碍患者85例,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(45例),观察组接受干扰电治疗、膀胱功能训练、针灸及间歇导尿等综合治疗,对照组采用间歇导尿加膀胱功能训练,分别在治疗前和治疗1个月后测定患者膀胱容量、残余尿量的变化以及进行尿动力学测定.结果 治疗1个月后观察组膀胱容量、残余尿量及尿动力学测定均较时照组差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 间歇导尿结合干扰电治疗、膀胱功能训练及针灸等综合治疗可显著改善神经源性膀胱患者膀胱容量、残余尿量及尿动力学结果.
