玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的Meta分析

摘要

目的:采用Meta分析法评价玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性.方法:通过检索CNKI、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed外文数据库,收集1990～2017年有关玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的文献,将符合纳入标准的文献作为Meta分析的对象,选择临床疗效和复发率作为效应指标,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析.结果:19篇文献符合纳入标准.Meta分析结果显示,玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和复发率与单独使用抗组胺药相比有显著性差异,临床总有效率OR=3.94,95％ CI=(3.03,5.13);复发率OR=0.22, 95％ CI=(0.16,0.32)(P＜0.05),且无不良反应.结论:玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效,可为临床用药提供参考.%Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria by Meta-analysis. Methods: The literature about Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria were collected by searching CNKI, VIP database of Chinese scientific journals, Wanfang database, China biomedical database、Pubmed from 1990 to 2017. The literature met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects of Meta-analysis, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were selected as effect indicators, which were analyzed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: Nineteen literature met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines were better than those in control group, clinical effective rate OR =3.94,95％ CI=(3.03,5.13), recurrence rate OR=0.22, 95％ CI=(0.16, 0.32) (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference, and no adverse reaction. Conclusion: Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria has a good efficacy and safety, it can provide a reference for clinical medication.
