八段锦锻炼法对慢性精神分裂症患者精神康复的促进作用

摘要

目的 探讨八段锦锻炼对慢性精神分裂症患者精神康复的促进作用.方法 选取44例符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的住院患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均保持抗精神病药物治疗不变,研究组进行八段锦锻炼并给予常规护理,对照组给予常规护理.在八段锦锻炼前和锻炼12周后分别用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)和阴性症状量表(SANS)进行评定.结果 八段锦锻炼12周后,研究组在NOSIE病情总分、总积极分、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁等因子分明显高于研究前评分,而激惹、迟缓、抑郁等因子分明显低于研究前评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);而对照组研究前后各因子分评分无显著差异.八段锦锻炼组12周后SANS评分各因子分均明显低于研究前,差异均具有统计学意义(P≤0.01).结论 八段锦锻炼可改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能,减轻阴性症状,对患者的精神康复有一定辅助作用.%Objective To study the effect of Baduanjin exercise on mental rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Forty - four inpatients of chronic schizophrenia who met the diagnostic criteria of CCMD - 3 on schizophrenia were randomly grouped as intervention group and control group. Patients in both groups retained the same antipsychotic medications. Intervention group practised Baduanjin exercise while control group received routine care. Evaluation was carried out before and 12 weeks after Baduanjin exercise using Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) and Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms Scale ( SANS) . Results After 12 weeks of Baduanjin exercise, the total score and the score of positive points, social ability, social interest and personal cleanliness in the intervention group were significantly increased. The scores of irritability, retardation and depression in the intervention group were statistically significantly lower than those before the study (P < 0. 01) ; There was no significant difference in the scores before and after the study in the control group. All the scores of SANS evaluated 12 weeks after exercise in the intervention group were statistically significantly lower than the scores before the study(P^t). 01) . Conclusions Baduanjin exercise improves the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia, reduces negative symptoms, and contributes to mental rehabilitation of patients.
