体外振动排痰机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并肺部感染排痰疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe on the effects of extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine in treatment of actue exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with pulmonary infection. Method:86 patients with AECOPD and pulmonary infection were randomly divided into the treatment group(extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine+routine treatment)and control group(routine treatment),clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups ,including clinical efficacy,the daily sputum volume,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and blood gas analysis.Result:There were significant difference in the clinical efficacy,the daily sputum volume,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and blood gas analysis(P<0.05). The index of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine has definite effect in treatment of AECOPD with pulmonary infection,it is easy to operate and has no abvious side effect,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：探讨体外振动排痰机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）并肺部感染患者排痰效果。方法：86例AECOPD并肺部感染的住院患者随机分为治疗组（体外振动排痰机+常规治疗）和对照组（常规治疗），比较两组的临床疗效、每天排痰量、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数和血气分析。结果：两组在临床疗效、每天排痰量、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数和血气分析比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组。结论：体外振动排痰机治疗AECOPD并肺部感染排痰疗效确切，操作方便，无明显副作用，值得临床应用和推广。
