门诊自助服务系统助力门诊就医流程再造

         

摘要

To discuss digital outpatient department in hospital,design and development of outpatient self-service system. Outpatient could apply for medical card,registration,registration,recharge,balance inquiries,medical card information query,payment,inspection report print services through outpatient self-service system,powering assisted outpatient reengineering and optimization processes,improving the medical treatment environment,solving the problem of medical treatment of the patient in the process of"three long and one short"etc. The reform of outpatient service process was feasible,necessary and effective. It conforms to"take the patient as the center"principle,provided the high quality service for the patients,improving service efficiency and satisfaction of patients,improving the hospital management level,promoting the harmonious development of the hospital,with good social and economic benefits.%探讨医院数字化门诊,设计和开发门诊自助服务系统。门诊患者通过门诊自助服务系统可以办理就诊卡、预约挂号、挂号、充值、余额查询、就诊卡信息查询、缴费、检验报告单打印等服务,助力门诊就医流程再造与优化,改善就医就诊环境,解决患者就医过程中的“三长一短”等问题。门诊服务流程的改革是可行的、必要的、有效的,符合"以患者为中心"的原则,为患者提供了高效优质的服务,提高就诊效率及患者满意度,提高医院管理水平,促进医院的和谐发展,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
