自噬是通过溶酶体途径,降解并循环利用受损的细胞器和大分子蛋白,从而维持细胞稳态的分解代谢过程。这一过程与包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病有着极其密切的关系。最新研究表明,在肿瘤不同的发生发展阶段,自噬可能发挥着正反两方面的作用,而在不同的肿瘤中,自噬所发挥的作用也不尽相同。因此,自噬在肿瘤发生发展中的具体作用机制正在成为研究热点,对促进肿瘤的临床治疗也有一定的指导意义。本文就自噬及其在肿瘤发生发展中作用的研究进展做一综述。%Autophagy is a lysosomal degradation pathway that cyclic uses the damaged organelles and the macromolecular protein to maintain catabolic process of cellular homeostasis.This process has extremely close relationship with a variety of diseases including tumor. The recent research indicated that autophagy may play both positive and negative influence in different development stage of the tumor.Moreover,in different type of tumor, autophagy has different role.Therefore,the specific mechanism of autophagy in the development of tumor is becoming a research hotspot,which also has certain guiding significance for promoting the clinical treatment on tumor.Here we have a review summarized the research advance of autophagy and its role in tumor development.
