互动教学法在门诊注射室护理实习生带教中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To improve the quality of teaching, to explore the interactive teaching method in outpatient injection room nursing students in the teaching application.Methods The interactive method of teaching of nursing interns, clear training objectives and requirements, inspire enthusiasm, support student learning initiative practice, improve the ability to solve problems and actual observation. Results The implementation of interactive communication teaching method of theory, the scores of students in more than 80 points, operation of the examination scores more than 90 points, to achieve excel ent results, evaluation of teachers of higher nursing students. Conclusion The interactive teaching method to the general "indoctrination" "didactic" one-way teaching method can ef ectively improve the outpatient injection room nursing students practice ef ect practice.%目的:为提高教学质量,探讨互动教学法在门诊注射室护理实习生带教中的应用。方法对护理实习生实行互动方法带教,明确实习的目的和要求,激发实习护生学习的积极性、主动性,提高观察、解决问题及实际操作的能力。结果实行互动沟通教学法后,学生的出科理论考试成绩在80分以上,操作考试成绩90分以上,达到优良成绩,护生对带教老师的评价较高。结论互动教学法相对于一般"灌输式""说教式"等单向教学方法能有效提高门诊注射室实习护生的实习效果。
