新发涂阳结核病患者服用免费抗结核药物情况统计研究

摘要

目的：对新发涂阳结核病患者服用免费抗结核药物情况进行统计和探究。方法随机抽取我区疾病预防控制中心门诊部在2008年1月~2013年12月治疗的2207例肺结核患者，其中新发涂阳结核病患者1185例，对新发涂阳结核病患者服用免费抗结核药物的情况进行统计和探究。结果在1185例新发涂阳结核病患者中，男性患者患病数量多于女性，存在明显差异，具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着新发涂阳结核患者服用免费抗结核药物的比例得到了大幅度提高，有效降低了结核病的感染率，大大提高了结核病的防治效果。%Objective To conduct the statistics and study on new smear positive TB patients taking anti0TB drugs for free. Methods 2207 cases of TB patients treated in the outpatient of CDC from January 2008 to December 2013 were randomly selected, in which 1185 cases of new smear positive TB patients, and the conditions of new smear positive TB patients taking anti-Tb drugs for free were statistically studied. Results In 1185 new smear-positive tuberculosis patients, more men than women, number of patients with obvious differences, with statistical significance ( < 0.05). Conclusion With the increasing of time, the people to a new understanding of new smear-positive tuberculosis, new smear-positive tuberculosis patients free anti-tb drugs ratio was greatly improved, ef ectively reduce the rate of TB infection, greatly improving the ef ect of tuberculosis prevention and control.
