早期消化道肿瘤内镜下粘膜剥离术（ESD）后的护理

摘要

Objective To summarize the early gastrointestinal cancer after endoscopic mucosal stripping technique (ESD) care. Methods 32 cases of review on the application of early gastrointestinal tumor endoscopic mucosal decollement (ESD) in patients with close observation and nursing care. Results 31 cases get ef ective treatment, the patient has not occurred perforation of the bleeding complications.Conclusion Strengthening postoperative diet rest observation, nursing, can ef ectively reduce complications, shorten the hospitalization days of patients, and patients to reduce the economic burden, improve patient satisfaction.%目的总结早期消化道肿瘤内镜下粘膜剥离术（ESD）后的护理。方法回顾32例对应用早期消化道肿瘤内镜下粘膜剥离术（ESD）的患者进行密切的观察和护理。结果31例患者得到有效的治疗，未发生出血穿孔等并发症。结论加强术后饮食休息病情观察等护理，能有效减少并发症的发生，缩短患者的住院天数，减轻患者经济负担，提高患者满意度。
